MCC is a tax-exempt 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization, crated to impact positive changes in the Marlton, MD neighborhood. Our community is a vibrant and diverse group of individuals who share common goals: organize events, support community beneficial initiatives, and lead community volunteerism projects.
We believe together we can make a lasting impact and emerge our community as a blueprint for neighborhood correlation.
MCC was established in 1968. Several developers have built homes and are continuing to build upscale homes in the area. The city of Marlton comprises a land area of 15.514 sq. kilometers in East Maryland. The demographic makeup is a multi-cultural suburban community located just outside of Upper Marlboro. Because of its country-like setting, the area attracts people of all ages and backgrounds. The community holds single-family homes, townhouses, and a luxury apartment complex, with the average single home containing 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a Family Room, and a Garage or Carport.
The community is easily accessible across the DMV metropolitan and greater Baltimore areas with proximity to major routes, including U.S. 301, I-495, and I-95. Marlton is approximately 16 miles east of Washington, D.C., 5.9 miles from Andrews AFB, and 37.0 miles from Baltimore. Not too distant tourist areas include Alexandria, Arlington, Richmond, VA, and the State Capital, Annapolis, MD.
